  • Developing interactive and creative course material
  • Conducting learning sessions and classes
  • Assigning assignments for homework and assessing submissions
  • Recording student attendance, grades, and performance
  • Supervising students to ensure their well-being and safety
  • Planning, preparing, and delivering lessons across various subjects in the curriculum
  • Assessing student progress and adjusting teaching methods accordingly
  • Developing and fostering appropriate social skills and abilities in children
  • Motivating and inspiring children
  • Maintaining discipline in the classroom

Special Needs Teacher

  • Assessing students’ skills and educational needs
  • Adapting lesson plans to meet each student’s individualized needs
  • Developing, modifying, and updating Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs)
  • Tracking students’ performance
  • Collaborating with parents and school staff to track students’ progress
  • Preparing and adapting teaching materials

Teaching Assistant

  • Taking attendance and reporting it to the teacher
  • Working individually with students to improve their performance
  • Answering questions about the lesson
  • Helping students with learning tasks (e.g., reading, math, writing)
  • Setting up equipment for lessons
  • Ensuring classrooms are tidy and safe
  • Supporting teachers in managing challenging behavior
  • Assisting with lesson planning and execution
  • Providing feedback on student performance.

SEND Teaching Assistant

  • Helping pupils understand instructions and school work using techniques that work for them.
  • Encouraging pupils’ confidence and independence.
  • Providing feedback and assistance to teachers.
  • Preparing learning materials.
  • Adapting resources to meet children’s educational needs.
  • Supporting children’s physical, emotional, and social welfare.
  • Collaborating with specialists such as speech or physical therapists.

Support Worker

  • Working with pupils with additional support needs.
  • Providing direct physical help when needed.
