To be considered for the assistant headteacher role you should have:

• Recognised teaching qualification PGCE or equivalent (QTS), at the minimum.
• The ability to quickly build positive relationships with both staff and students.
• Experience of working with SEND including emotional and behavioural difficulties, ASD, PMLD and ADHD.
