The Teaching roles are to work across a number of our South Yorkshire based Secondary Schools and we will always aim to keep you as local as possible.
The daily supply basis, which will be a mixture of;
- Pre-booked work
- Short term positions up to 4 weeks
- Part time roles/full time roles
Supply Teacher responsibilities and duties:
This Secondary Supply Teacher position will teach a variable timetable of all year groups across Key Stage 3, 4 and some Key Stage 5 in most subjects. Whilst we will aim for you to teach your specialist subject there will be a mix of different subjects. The ability to adapt your teaching style to different subjects and be flexible in what you cover is essential for this role.
Every school we work with are used to having supply teachers come in with varying experience and abilities and welcome supply teachers in their school on a daily basis.
Supply Teachers of all experience levels will be considered for the role, including ECTs
To be considered for the Supply Teacher role you should have:
Recognised teaching qualification PGCE or equivalent (QTS).
The ability to quickly build positive relationships with both staff and students.
Strong subject knowledge of your specialism and the flexibility and willingness to cover every other subject on the curriculum.

Current DBS registered with the DBS Update Service – if you do not have a DBS registered online PK Education will provide full assistance in getting you one.
