We are currently recruiting for an experienced UK Qualified Mathematics Teacher, full time to start after the Easter half term break. You will be teaching Key stage 4 pupils in small groups no more than 6. This is an amazing Ofsted rated “Good” alternative provision that caters for students on a 16-week placement before they are re-integrated back into their mainstream school.

JOB SPEC & DESCRIPTION:

• MUST HOLD QUALIFIED TEACHER STATUS OR EQUIVALENT QUALIFICATION
• Can teach specialist subject area of Mathematics up to GCSE level.
• Plan and prepare Mathematics curriculum up to GCSE level.
• Have experience teaching students with low level educational abilities.
• Strong behaviour management skills.
• Clear oral and written communication skills.
• Must hold a DBS on the subscription service, or willing to apply for a new one.
• WE DO NOT ACCEPT SPONSORSHIP.
• Committed to work full time potentially to the end of the academic year.
