Job Description

Are you an experienced School Administrator, with a ‘Can Do’ attitude? An excellent phone manner and a welcoming demeanour. If yes, get in touch!

The successful candidate will carry out a variety of administrative tasks including managing the reception, maintaining student records, updating databases, producing letters and other documents, receiving and checking deliveries for accuracy, and any other duties relating to day to day administration in a primary school environment.

Applicants must have the ability to be flexible, prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and work using their own initiative. An administrative school background and strong organisational skills are a must along with enthusiasm, excellent communication skills and a good sense of humour!
