Teaching Assistant – Primary and Secondary – Leeds and Bradford

Are you a passionate and proactive primary or secondary teaching assistant with a flair for supporting children’s academic and social development? PK Education is excited to be recruiting for dynamic and dedicated teaching assistants in the Leeds and Bradford area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting students with academic and social development
• Help implement behaviour management strategies and ensure positive engagement within the classroom
• Work closely with teachers to provide support to identified pupils
• Provide encouragement and guidance to all students, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Be hands-on and pro-active in assisting with lesson delivery and classroom activities

Essential Requirements:

• Experience supporting children in an educational setting
• A passion for helping children and making a positive impact on their learning journey
• Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to engage pupils effectively
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with staff and pupils alike
• A positive, hands-on attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for helping children succeed
