1. The prize draw is open to all candidates who recommend a person to work for PK Education and for the candidate that completes the PK Education Registration process. Staff members of PK Education and any other partner organisation connected with PK Education are not eligible to enter the prize draw.
2. Entry to the prize draw is by completing the PK Education Registration Process and then going on to complete 1 day of work with PK Education.
3. The Recommended (the individual being recommended) is only allowed one entry. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
4. The Recommender (the individual that is recommending a friend) will receive an entry for each person they recommend.
5. Standard terms and conditions apply for the £100 gift voucher (candidate must clear 10 days’ work with PK Education).
6. There is 1 prize: £1,000-holiday voucher.
7. The prize draw closes on Monday 20th December 2021 at 10 pm. The winner will be drawn by an independent adjudicator on Wednesday 22nd December 2021 at 12pm.
8. The winner will be notified by email on Thursday 23rd December 2021 to the email address they specified when they completed the registration. If the winner does not claim the prize within 30 days of being notified then they will forfeit the prize and a re-draw will take place. To claim the prize the winner must follow the instructions in the email notifying them that they are the winner. The Winner will receive their prize no later than 30 days after they claim the prize.
9. The winner is responsible for paying any income tax (if any) due on the prize won.
10. There is no cash alternative to the prize.
11. No responsibility will be accepted for incomplete or lost entries or entries not received.
12. In the event of any dispute, PK Educations’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. The name of the winner will be available after Thursday 23rd December 2021 by emailing Karl Housley at PK Education karl@pkeducation.co.uk
14. The winner of the competition must participate in a photo opportunity with image rights to use photography across digital, social media, and print.
15. By entering the prize draw you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
