Terms and Conditions £100 Feedback

1. The prize draw is open to people aged 18 and over who provide feedback on why they are not interested in signing up with PK Education.
2. Entrants into the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
3. To enter the Prize Draw you must complete all compulsory fields in the entry form. Only one entry per person. And PK Education has final say on entries which are entered into the prize draw.  
4. The prize draw cannot be entered by ex PK Education permanent employees. Such entries will be null and void.
5. PK Education accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by PK Education.
6. There will be three prize draws per year, which will run at the end of each term. For 2023, this will be July 31^st 2023, December 31^st 2023 and March 31^st 2024. The closing date for each of the Prize Draw’s is at 23.59 one day prior to the entry being drawn. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.
7. One winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries.
8. The winner will receive a voucher to the value of £100 to spend in John Lewis or Amazon.
9. The winner will be notified by email. If a winner does not respond to PK Education within 7 days of being notified by PK Education, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and PK Education shall be entitled to select another winner. If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and PK Education shall be entitled to select another winner.
10. The vouchers will be sent to the winner by email.
11. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
12. By submitting feedback you agree to allow PK Education to use this information for marketing purposes and to contact you for further clarity in order to provide a better service to it’s customers in the future.
13. PK Education shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to it as described in its privacy policy, and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your Prize Draw entry.
14. PK Education accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize. PK Education further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Prize Draw.
15. PK Education shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
16. The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
